All rental listing descriptions, photographs, virtual tour plans, status tags, and proposed rent amounts are subject to change without notice. Listed property status values (e.g. "Vacant - Renovation in Progress", "Occupied", "Waitlist") represent current scheduling estimates and are not binding offers to lease.
3. Online Rental Applications
Submitting a rental application, submitting credit details, or uploading proof of income documents does not guarantee approval, waitlist placement, or lease execution. All applications are subject to screening, co-signer verification, income multiples verification, and final landlord sign-off.
4. Booking & Short-Term Stays
Requests for short-term stay availability do not establish formal reservation status. Bookings are only finalized upon mutual execution of a short-term tenancy agreement and prompt receipt of secure holding deposits.
5. User Responsibilities & Accurate Info
You agree to supply accurate, legible, truthful information on all contact forms, lease applications, maintenance requests, and payment setups. Submitting false income statements, fraudulent IDs, or fake reference listings is direct grounds for application cancellation or lease eviction.

Current tenants are responsible for keeping their Portal credentials secure. You must notify property management promptly if you notice any unauthorized access or data leakage.
